What we collect and why

• Your email address, to sign you in to keycades.com with a one-time link and to link your subscription and key to you.
• Subscription details from PayPal: the PayPal subscription ID, its status and billing dates, and the payer name and email PayPal gives us. We use them to turn your key on and off. We never receive your card or bank details; PayPal handles the payment.
• Your license key and app activation data: an ID of the PC where the key is active, the PC's name, and when the app last checked the key. This enforces "one key, one PC at a time".
• Cloud relay data (only if you switch Cloud relay on, used by games that run outside your PC such as Roblox): the LIVE events of your stream (viewer names, comments, gifts) pass through our server so that game can read them. Events older than 10 minutes are deleted while the relay runs.

The TikTok username you enter, your game settings, and your viewers' names and pictures shown in the games stay on your PC. We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Legal basis

We process this data to provide the subscription you bought (performance of a contract) and to meet legal duties such as keeping payment records (legal obligation).
