Keycade is a digital subscription that starts as soon as PayPal confirms it: your key is shown and the games unlock right away.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in PayPal (Settings → Automatic payments → Keycade → Cancel). No further payments are taken, and your key keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for.

Refunds

• It doesn't work for you. If Keycade doesn't run on your PC or can't connect to your LIVE and we can't fix it, contact us within [14] days of the payment and we'll refund that payment.
• Charged by mistake. If you were charged after you cancelled, or twice for the same month, we refund the extra payment.

How to ask

Email [CONTACT EMAIL] or write to us on Discord with the email you signed in with and your PayPal transaction ID. We answer within [3] working days. Refunds go back to your PayPal account.
