1. Who we are

Keycade (keycades.com) is run by [YOUR FULL NAME / BUSINESS NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS], [COUNTRY]. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL]. In these terms "we" means [YOUR FULL NAME / BUSINESS NAME] and "you" means the person who buys or uses Keycade.

2. What Keycade is

Keycade is a Windows desktop app that runs interactive games on your TikTok LIVE. Your viewers' comments, taps and gifts control the games. You need a Windows 10 or 11 PC, an internet connection and your own TikTok account that can go LIVE.

3. The subscription

• Keycade costs €19.99 per month [PRICE INCLUDES VAT / VAT IS NOT CHARGED — CHOOSE WHAT APPLIES TO YOU]. There is no free trial.
• You pay through PayPal. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
• The subscription gives you one license key that unlocks all Keycade games, app updates and new games while it is active.
• If a payment fails, PayPal retries it. If it still fails, your key stops working until the subscription is paid again.
• If we ever change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your PayPal account (Settings → Automatic payments). You won't be charged again, and your key keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.

5. Your license

• Your key is personal. It works on one PC at a time. Don't share, sell or publish it.
• You may use Keycade on your own streams, including streams where you earn gifts or money.
• Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its games, except where the law allows it.
• We may suspend a key that is shared, resold or used to abuse the service. We'll tell you why.

6. Your stream

You are responsible for your stream and for following TikTok's terms and community guidelines. Keycade shows your viewers' public names and profile pictures in the games, as TikTok LIVE does. Keycade is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok. If TikTok changes how LIVE works, some features may stop working until we update the app.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Keycade running and up to date, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or retire games over time; the subscription always includes every game that is currently in the app.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost earnings from a stream.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. If you keep using Keycade after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel.
